It took me a while, but finally, I have tested the new PCBs.
“The most important update is the ESP32-S2 and the whole new separate board for USB-C connector.”
Until now the USB-C PCB board was just glued onto the backplate, which was only a temporary solution for the first prototype. This new USB-C board will be screwed into the frame, so no risk of the connector falling off will ever occur again.

What's next?
I'm going to send two prototypes this week to the certification tests and hopefully, meanwhile I will be able to order 200pcs of the frames.
